Policies for Participation

• Participants (Owner or Co-owner of dog) must be members of NMDC unless listing in the Hall of Fame.
   

• Payment must accompany listing (Payable to NMDC).
   

• Submit a signed statement with each listing.      Click here for Printable Listing Form
   

• Hall of Fame listings will include only name of dog, picture, list of titled get and 4 generation pedigree.
   

• Listing are renewable bi-annually
   

Guidelines for Participation

• To avoid delay in getting your listing on the site, materials should be complete: Picture, Owner/Breeder Information, and Pedigree, list of title get, payment and signed statement.
   

• Pictures must be of sufficient quality for publishing on the Internet. For quality purposes it is preferable to mail hard copies to the Webmaster for scanning. E-files can be used if resolution is acceptable for picture cropping and magnification.
   

• Pictures should be properly identified on the reverse with the dog's full name and address for return.
   

• Please waive signature on all Express and Certified mail.
